Your name, email address, mobile phone number, property ZIP code, homeowner status, prize preference and the energy bill you upload. We collect only what is needed to verify eligibility and prepare your energy report.
To verify homeowner eligibility, administer the giveaway and drawings, prepare and deliver your complimentary energy report, and — only where you have separately opted in — to send giveaway communications or marketing about energy services.
Utility bills can contain personal account information. Uploads are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in restricted, encrypted storage accessible only to the team members preparing your report. We do not sell your bill or its contents.
Giveaway entry never requires marketing consent. Communication and marketing consents are collected separately and can be revoked at any time by replying STOP to a text or using the unsubscribe link in any email.
Entry records are retained for the duration of the promotion and any period required for audit or legal compliance. You may request deletion of your information, including your uploaded bill, at hello@kaizenergysolutions.com.
We share information with service providers who help us operate the promotion (for example, secure storage, scheduling and messaging providers) under contractual confidentiality obligations, and where required by law.
